How do we cooperate and organize with our fellow workers in a way that centers those most affected by capitalism without causing more harm or endangering our safety and livelihoods?

This will be a digital and in-person facilitated conversation with the goal of helping us create stronger boundaries at work. We’ll open with a brief story that outlines the concept, then we’ll use that to kick off a facilitated discussion focused on solutions and next steps the average worker can take in real-time.
