In a housing complex still haunted by an old murder case, a family clings to its fragile life. Then the sound of “poca pon” echoes from nowhere—a soothing yet destructive signal that heals people and destroys others.

The feature debut from self-taught filmmaker Shinichi Ohtsuka comes to North America following its world premiere at the 38th International Tokyo Film Festival.
