RIVER PHOENIX and KEANU REEVES star Mike and Scott, male hustlers living on the streets of Portland, Oregon along with a host of other hustlers. They are friends with Bob Pigeon, played by WILLIAM RICHERT, who leads them on various misadventures. While embarking on a journey of self discovery, the two friends find their relationship stumbling along the way as they navigate love, sex and personal history.  Shot in Portland and Central Oregon. Written and directed by Gus Van Sant, and loosely based on Shakespeare’s HENRY IV.
