Over several pageants and multiple years, we’ve seen many worthy contestants vie for the tiniest crown in Portland. It’s all led up to this: The Stupidest Bitch of All Time! Who will be so outrageous, so absurd, so obtuse, dense, and senseless that they ascend to the thrown of glory?!
