Emma Crosby and Kennedi Deck set out to make a short film last winter. Add Bryden Bowley and 10 or so friends to the mix, and you end up with “Dorothy”. “Are You OK?” A winter overseas that’s loosely driven by stair sets, friends, and Tim Hortons.
