After running afoul of Bōsōzoku toughs, Ko sets off on his bike and makes a chance encounter with an island girl, Miyo. Along with their love flowers their mutual obsession with motorbikes. But Ko develops a fear that he will lose Miyo to their dangerous passion for riding.
