Featuring a pre-film tribute drag show by special guest emcee WOLFGANG X (PDX Drag King Icon) as DAVID and SHANDI EVANS (Creator of Drunk Herstory & Stupidest B*tch Pageant) as SAX MAN! Pre-show vampyric beach boogie sounds curated by DJ Violet Hex. 

Grab your leather jacket and shades, get on your bike, and ride down from the boardwalk to Clinton Street for an evening of 80’s high camp, queer vampire joy.

CULT SENSATION is a queer celebration of cult cinema, a monthly film series presented by Portland drag starlet and resident programmer Violet Hex. Each month Violet carefully curates interactive screenings featuring themed pre-film DRAG SHOWS and DJ SETS exploring (and paying tribute to) the fashion, music, drama, and queerness of cult cinema.
