Facilitated by Marina Martinez-Bateman, People-First Management Expert, CEO, New Coyote Consulting
When we talk about being anti-capitalist, what does that mean for the job hunt? No matter what else, it’s our obligation to survive and thrive within a system that was not made for us. So what does an anti-capitalist look for in a job? What questions and criteria can we rely on to give us an idea of whether or not our new employer will either share our vision, or at the very least be as minimally exploitative of our labor as possible?
This will be a digital and in-person facilitated conversation with the goal of helping us create stronger boundaries at work. We’ll open with a brief story that outlines the concept, then we’ll use that to kick off a facilitated discussion focused on solutions and next steps the average worker can take in real-time.
