Stories grow about a strange Sea Devil haunting the seas surrounding a Mexican fishing village. The Devil is Ichthyander, a youth given gills who rules the underwater world. This hopeless, and hopelessly gorgeous naif falls for Gutiere, a fisherman’s daughter. So he makes way for terra firma, and clashes with the hostile world of the land dwellers.
