From director Paul Raschid, the film is a dystopian sci-fi thriller that takes place in a futuristic/alternate England, where a new government has recently overthrown the old and plunged the country into turmoil. Within a secret facility lies the White Chamber, a newly developed torture/interrogation cell that implements various devices of extreme to extract information from those imprisoned within it. When a confused and frightened woman (Shauna MacDonald, The Descent) awakens inside of it, she’s quickly subjected to the Chamber’s machinations by General Zakarian (Oded Fehr) in an effort to gain information from her – information which she claims not to have. As civil war rages outside the facility and loyalties and trust are tested and reversed, both captor and captive find themselves entangled in an increasingly spiraling fight over the nature of authority.
