One of the last iterations of movie jukeboxes\, Scopitones enjoyed a brief but explosive moment in the sun in the early 60s. Capitalizing on the twist craze\, rock ‘n’ roll\, and the sexual revolution (boobs)\, Scopitones featured a dizzying array of long-forgotten acts and garish Technicolor production. Produced by Debbie Reynolds and distributed by the Mafia to shady night clubs the world over\, they are quintessential camp. \n\n\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to experience a magnetic soundtrack\, which is as hi-fi as film can be.
