DESCRIPTION:Directed by Matt Peterson and Malek Rasamny and shot from 2014 to 2017 in Arizona\, New Mexico\, New York\, South Dakota\, Lebanon\, and the West Bank\, this documentary juxtaposes spaces of the American Indian reservation and the Palestinian refugee camp in an attempt to understand the significance of the land and how territory frames the idea of sovereignty when identities are produced and maintained by the state.A portion of ticket sales will benefit Yousef Ahmad Hatem Al-Swalhi\, a multimedia student in Gaza\, and the NAYA Family Center\, a non-profit community organization in Portland.
