Speaking of which\, she is later caught up in the People Power Revolution in 1986\, where queers proudly marched to dismantle the dictatorship. \n\n\n\nDirector Nick Deocampo’s radical documentary explored the intersection of gender\, sexuality\, and radical politics in the Philippines in lovingly crafted\, poetic documents exploring queer Manila\, revolutionary aspirations\, and his own identity as a gay man and a left wing filmmaker. \n\n\n\nTwo documentaries\, OLIVER (1983) and REVOLUTIONS HAPPEN LIKE REFRAINS IN A SONG (1987)\, following Oliver are included\, as well as other rare work by Deocampos.
