Volunteer at the Clinton

The Clinton Street Theater is looking for people who love movies and community. We are a neighborhood theater specializing in indie, art, foreign and rep films, while at the same time supporting lots of communities created through common interests, like biking, snowboarding and other extreme sports, environmental activism, women's issues, food politics. We are also big into music, live theater, comedy, burlesque, and will continue to add these forms of entertainment to our line-up as the months progress.

Volunteering at The Clinton is a fun way to meet new film friends and be part of Portland's cinematic history.

Clinton Street volunteers help by selling/taking tickets, running the concession stand and projection booth, adding extra hands at the many film festivals and special events hosted by the theater, distributing flyers, promoting the theater through social media, cleaning, painting, building at monthly Work Parties and so much more!

We offer great benefits. Free film passes! Popcorn! You can live films and make new film friends all while supporting this unique, almost 100-year old theater and THE home to the Rocky Horror Picture Show for the last 34 years.
